Solid book covering the basics of project management. Kernzers is the goal standard for graduate level PM courses. Some integration of PMBoK information, but I do not think it would be good reference for the PMP test.
Rating: 4 / 5

For someone new to this field of study, I found this book very insightful and easy to understand. I will keep this and the PMBOK resource manual handy in my office.

I see this book a huge book about project management, but I think it is a bit old styled book. It have no relation to pmp inspite of the information would be in more detail than any pmp book. Just one comment, many of the cases which should be a real cases, I have older version of the book and I saw th author have changed the dates only to show that the cases are new which is very strange. Many parts are related to management courses and shouldnot be available in this book. The book could be summarized to less part. I see there should have more effort to keep this book to the pmp standard and not to match some concepts that available in pmp.

At the end, this book ,pmp workbook (which shouldnot be purchased and mislaed by the name, the cases book could be summarized in a single work
